While attending college at night, Jose E. Alfaro and Carlos E. Alfaro worked at law firms and sole-practitioners gaining valuable experience in contracts, civil litigation, bankruptcy, and Workers ' Compensation proceedings.

Seeing first-hand examples of how events can impact the lives of individuals, families, and businesses when they lack adequate financial protection and planning, Jose and Carlos decided to focus their careers in asset protection through insurance and risk management planning.

From the start, Alfaro & Alfaro 's focus has always been and continues to be grounded on the principle of being resourceful to our valued clients. To provide our clients with a specialized approach to insurance, the founders decided to launch Insurenex , a separate entity wholly owned by Alfaro & Alfaro focused exclusively in providing our clients greater value through its independent insurance brokerage system. Insurance placement and administration of insurance products is handled through licensed advisors that specialize in personal or business lines of insurance.

Today, Insurenex manages a growing portfolio of clients that include business owners, professionals, executives, families and individuals. The vision of Insurenex is to expand into multi-branch insurance centers in selected areas. The first Insurenex branch was launched in March 2006 in the city of Van Nuys to mark the founders 9th year anniversary of growth and 18 years of combined experience in the insurance marketplace.
