What: Alfaro & Alfaro/INSURENEX founders Jose E. Alfaro and Carlos E. Alfaro were participating runners of the 21 st Los Angeles Marathon on March 19, 2006. This was the third LA Marathon for Carlos and the second LA Marathon for Jose. The brothers were joined by Alfredo Aguilar, a friend and a client of the insurance firm, who also ran his second LA Marathon. All three became the original members of the INSURENEX Runners Team by proudly wearing the INSURENEX running gear for first time. “We’re proud to run as the first members of the INSURENEX team; running the marathon has become a great experience and a great accomplishment; it’s certainly one to look forward to which through out the year reminds you of the importance of taking care of your health in order to do it again” said Jose, who wants to see the INSURENEX Runners Team grow and be able to compete in future marathons.
